Audio & Lighting Setup for Weddings

1. Agreement Overview:

By booking our audio and lighting setup services for your wedding, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities of both Sicily Wedding Lab by E 20 Service sas (hereafter referred to as “We” or “Our”) and the client (hereafter referred to as “You” or “Client”).

2. Services Provided:

We will provide professional audio, lighting, and related services as per the details outlined in the signed contract. This includes sound systems for ceremonies and receptions, lighting designs to enhance the venue atmosphere, and other equipment agreed upon.

3. Booking & Payment Terms:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

The full payment is due 3 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, paypal etc..

If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel services, and the deposit will not be refunded.

4. Cancellations & Refunds:

If you cancel the service 90 Days before the event date, we will refund any payments made beyond the initial deposit, less any cancellation fees.

If you cancel within 90 Days before the event, no refunds will be issued, and the deposit will not be refunded.

In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the service, we will provide a full refund or work with you to reschedule the services.

5. Event Setup & Timing:

We will arrive at the venue 6/8 hours before the event start time for setup and testing.

You are responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible and ready for setup at the agreed-upon time. If there are delays due to venue issues, additional charges may apply for extra time needed.

All equipment will be tested and confirmed working before the start of the event.

6. Client Responsibilities:

The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or permits required for the use of the audio and lighting equipment at the venue.

The Client must ensure that the venue provides adequate power and electrical outlets for our equipment. If additional power sources are needed, we may charge an additional fee.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that no damage is caused to the equipment during the event.

7. Equipment and Setup Requirements:

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate placement and setup of audio and lighting equipment.

The Client must notify us in advance of any restrictions at the venue, such as height limitations, access restrictions, or other considerations that may impact equipment placement.

8. Technical Support & Issues:

Our team will be on-site during the event to monitor and ensure the proper functioning of the audio and lighting systems.

In case of technical issues that arise during the event, our team will attempt to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee against technical failures due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages, equipment malfunction).

The Client agrees not to hold us liable for any interruptions or failures in the equipment that may affect the event.

9. Liability & Indemnity:

We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents that occur during the event related to our equipment or services.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold E 20 Service sas harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or loss.

10. Force Majeure:
We will not be held responsible for any delays or inability to perform the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government restrictions.

11. Venue Requirements:

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue has sufficient space and access for the audio and lighting equipment to be set up as planned.

The Client should inform us in advance if there are any special considerations related to venue layout, such as limited space, stairs, or restricted access points.

12. Final Agreement:

By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. Any changes or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
